As the founder of USA National Title Company, Inc., Edward L. Clark, Jr. strives to shape our business with impeccable core values that many speak of but few achieve. Through inspirational leadership, unwavering integrity, and a desire to succeed, Edward Clark has already realized a multitude of accomplishments.

Mr. Clark attended California State University of Long Beach and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1984. During the next decade, he demonstrated his keen abilities while working for a major electrical utility company before he finally achieved further success in his own high-voltage electrical contracting company. By 1995, Edward’s unique ability for this trade paved another path for him as he began testifying as an expert witness in a variety of legal cases nationwide.

In February 2006, Edward Clark founded USA National Title Company, Inc., which is a testament to his innovative nature. He instills his most notable qualities through his vision for the company and emphasizes faith in his staff. Today, as Chief Executive Officer, Edward brings forth a fresh presence to the title insurance industry by providing a new benchmark for exceptional quality, service, and products.

Dale T. Rincon - President

A veteran of the title insurance industry, Dale Rincon has firmly established an extraordinary reputation in the business since 1975. He has a long record of success as an executive of the most respected firms. His history for building successful companies is well regarded industry wide.
Dale spent his early years as a salesman where he was the No. 1 salesman at the nation’s largest title insurance company. He graduated into the management ranks in 1986 in leadership roles throughout California and Hawaii.
His formula consists of hiring quality individuals, developing their skills and empowering them to succeed. He believes the character and integrity of the company is reflected by its people and the leadership provided.
These basic principles for building a strong and competitive company is the credo for USA National Title, as well.
Dale resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Ann, of 36 years. They have two daughters and 10 grandchildren. Dale has been a Big Brother of Orange County, and has served on the Board of Directors for “Think Together,” an after-school program for underprivileged children. He is also a member of Legatus, a Catholic professional organization.
